About my work
In our work together, we work in alignment with your menstrual cycle, recognizing that each phase has different hormonal needs. Which is why your body requires different support throughout the month.
Using cycle charting and cycle syncing as our foundation, we tailor lifestyle practices to each phase of your cycle. This cyclical approach allows us to work with your body, not against it.
Together, we explore the root causes that may be affecting your ability to conceive or stay pregnant, helping you build a strong foundation for pregnancy.
My work stands on three pillars:

FAM
The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is a natural approach that uses your body’s own signs to plan pregnancy.
Cycle charting is incredibly empowering. It goes far beyond simply predicting ovulation — it helps you truly understand your body and work in alignment with its natural rhythm rather than against it.
Through charting, you will be able to:
✨ Identify ovulation and your fertile window
✨ Increase your chances of conceiving
✨ Detect luteal phase defect
✨ Understand your hormones throughout each phase
✨ Build confidence in your body and feel empowered
✨ Advocate for yourself more effectively with your OB/GYN
Luteal phase support
In our work together, we place particular emphasis on the luteal phase, as it plays a critical role in implantation and early pregnancy maintenance. Ideally, we look for a luteal phase of at least 12 days, no premenstrual spotting, and minimal PMS symptoms — all indicators of adequate progesterone production.
Progesterone is highly sensitive to metabolic health, nutrient status, inflammation, and stress. To support optimal production, we focus on targeted lifestyle and nutritional interventions, including liver detoxification pathways, micronutrient sufficiency (such as B vitamins, zinc, and magnesium), blood sugar regulation, inflammation reduction, and minimizing endocrine-disrupting exposures.
This comprehensive approach helps create a hormonally supportive environment for implantation and early pregnancy.

Mind-body connection
Trying to conceive inevitable creates stress, self-doubt, and a sense of disconnection from your body. Through fertility yoga, breathwork, restorative practices, me-time focused nourishing practices we create space for your nervous system to soften and feel safe again.
This work is about more than stress reduction — it’s about rebuilding trust in your body, reconnecting with its wisdom, and remembering that it is not working against you. Together, we nurture a sense of calm, connection, and belief in your body’s ability to conceive and sustain life.
